Cathleen is the President of CAC & Associates, which is a management consulting firm focused on assisting for-profit and select non-profit clients in developing both the strategy and organizational capacity required to capitalize on emerging growth opportunities. Prior to launching her firm she was a senior executive at American Express where she worked in three different businesses over 18 years, and The Field Museum.
